Winner of an IHS Markit Innovation Award at the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show, this is the telescope that uses your smartphone to analyze the night sky and guide you through a list of visible celestial objects. A free app interacts with your smartphone’s built-in camera, GPS, and gyroscopes to provide you with a handheld map of the heavens, guiding you where to aim the telescope for quickly locating and viewing nearby stars, planets, and deep sky objects. The telescope provides a view of night objects in precise clarity with an 80 mm aperture and a refractor optical design with a 900 mm focal length that yields a maximum usable magnification of 189X. With 25mm and 10mm eyepieces, 2X Barlow lens, and a red dot finderscope for telescope use without a smartphone.
