Playhouse has two doors (one child-sized 40″ high, one adult-sized 61″ high), two screened windows (14″ W x 21″ H) and an attractive trim package
Customer needs to supply paint and shingles (approx. 1 gallon of paint and 3 bundles of shingles), to be purchased elsewhere
Many owners purchase this unit for their children to play in and then adjust its use to a garden building as the children age
Playhouse does not include interior finishes or mechanical items such as electric, but is designed to accommodate them if permitted in your locale
