The Tick Mark Wristwatch
This is the wristwatch with 28 LEDs that illuminate in sequence to indicate the time, date, and day of the week. Two vertical rows of blue LEDs match with numbers etched into the watch’s face; the left row indicates the hour while the right indicates 10-minute increments and single minute increments. As the time elapses, the corresponding LEDs illuminate to create an ever-changing display of tick marks (10:15 is shown). A single LED on the left column’s bottom reads “AM†for morning hours. A press of a button switches to the date display.
