Wireless Shower Speakers

I have had not one, but two of these SPI shower radios and they both start out fine and then for no reason after only 3 months of use, the speaker volume drops out. Even on full volume, it is impossible to hear the music in the shower. I tried to contact the manufacturer for several weeks only to run into full voicemail boxes and people that would not return my call. When I finally got a hold of a person, he (Will) had no interest in helping me troubleshoot my unit or replacing the unit with a working unit. All around a horrible purchase!! I will never deal with this company ever again!!
