Where can I get the Renzo and Lucia vases?

I had the “Lucia” vase for years but she just broke! She was originally purchased at Horchow catalog about 10+ years ago. It is not longer available through this mail order company but I would very much like to find a replacement, if anyone knows of one for sale. Thank you!
