The Espro press for coffee and tea includes a micro-filter for tea, a micro-filter for press-coffee and paper filters to create an ultraclean, oil-free flavor of a pour-over style cup of coffee.
The ultra-fine filtration system creates perfect extraction that stops after plunging bringing the nuances and intensity that only a press can create. The press-coffee patented filter system has two filters, each 9-12 times finer than a common French Press. They get beneath the grinds and filter twice, leaving all of the flavor and none of the grit.
For those that prefer the ultraclean, oil-free flavor of a pour-over style cup of coffee, we introduce Paper Filter Pressed Coffee brew method. A patented system places a paper filter between the two press filters to absorb the oils and remove additional solids that micro-filters alone let through. The patent pending tea press system stops extraction the moment you press it down.
