This is the patented fitness apparatus that helps you maintain your balance while performing low impact or physical therapy exercises. Unlike common exercise equipment that employ heavy weights and/or offer little-to-no structured support, this unit uses a system of elastic bands to provide a weight- and worry-free workout. The additional support allows you to engage in various exercises including push-ups, running in place, twists, squats, lunges, and pull ups (using the included rings) while keeping your posture aligned, balance centered, and the correct muscle groups engaged. It attaches to a pull-up bar with the included straps or installs on a door with built-in door anchors.
