Incorporating technology used by NASA astronauts on the International Space Station, this is the compact exercise device that employs resistance training to provide a full body workout. Unlike bulky free weights or high-intensity training, it provides a safe and effective exercise that is low-impact and gentle on the joints. Its unique push/pull operation enables a full range of motion that can be utilized to target multiple muscle groups including arms, abdominals, and legs. Made with durable polymer and nylon coated stainless steel cables, it provides up to 25 lbs. of resistance. Includes three resistance disks (two 10 lbs. and one 5 lbs.), access to free online workout videos, and a nutrition guide.
