This is the world’s only underwater drone that operates completely untethered. With an IP68 waterproof rating, the drone is shaped like a fish with a caudal fin that provides propulsion up to 1 mph at a quiet 55 dB. A smartphone app can control the drone via WiFi from up to 50′ away while it is surfaced; up to 32′ away when submerged. One can dive with the fish to a depth of 196′ using the included waterproof remote control. It also avoids obstacles and returns to base if it ever loses signal. Twin 114-lumen lamps illuminate underwater scenery, allowing its stabilized video camera with a 150° wide-angle lens to capture 90-120 minutes of 4K footage (or up to thousands of photographs) stored on its built-in 32GB memory.
