This is the electric bicycle inspired by the gasoline-powered racing bikes of the 1920s. With a look that suggests it just emerged victorious from a motordrome’s wooden track, this bike replaces a two-cycle engine with a 750-watt electric motor that provides a top speed of 20mph. Made with a hydrofoamed aluminum frame and grips and a saddle made from leather. Its 26″ tires roll on Kevlar-reinforced tires, which are stopped by front and rear disc brakes. Its 48-volt lithium battery provides up to 75 miles of range from a 4 1/2-hour charge. Includes LED headlights and tailight. Optional rear rack provides storage and optional “racing mode” enables a 3,000-watt motor that provides a top speed of 36mph.
