It uses a slow, powerful rotational screw pump. The slow squeezing system preserves the fruits and vegetables organoleptic properties, while maintaining the active ingredients. This type of extraction is different from centrifuges and some food processors, because it does not cut, crumble, blend, or oxidize the ingredients.
