Handles made of boxwood.Blade, finger protection (goiter) and handle part (tang) of the knives are forged from one piece and riveted to the handle shells with three steel rivets each. Steel parts are made of 12c27 stainless Sandvik steel.The knives lie well in the hand and are finely balanced.
