Finely crafted from birch veneers with either brushed nickel or antique brass hardware, the island’s cabinets and drawers have raised panel doors that are finished with the same hand-rubbed multistep process used for quality furniture while the solid, natural rubberwood countertop is sealed against liquids. Every moving part of the island—locking casters, drawers, and cabinets—rolls, opens, and closes smoothly, just as one expects fine kitchen appointments to perform.
