3 STRAPS IN ONE – Highly functional, patent-pending design. Use the total length of the loop, the larger loop and the small loop for your various yoga poses, stretching exercises, training, dance, gymnastics or workouts.

For example when getting into a bound pigeon pose you’d hook your foot through one loop and grab the other loop working your shoulder overhead, as you progress you would hook your foot into the larger loop and grab the inside of the larger loop working your shoulder overhead, once this stage is comfortable you’d repeat this process using the smaller loop eventually graduating to not using the strap at all
