Using an intuitive microprocessor to create handcrafted barista-quality coffee, this brewer earned a Golden Cup award from the SCAA for its coffee to water ratio, filtering medium, water temperature, turbulence, grind and brew method, and contact time between coffee grounds and water.
The brewer creates full-bodied flavor via its precision pump that circulates water in measured cycles (including a pre-soak cycle for grounds), a shower head that evenly distributes water over the coffee grounds, and an internal scale that monitors water volume for optimal coffee extraction.
The coffee maker is programmable via its intuitive LED one-dial interface, which allows one to choose coffee or tea, control water temperature, and features a 24-hour programmable brew-start, ensuring your beverage will be ready when you wake up.
