The two included forms are made from a conductive material that retains cold when placed in a freezer and deliver cryotherapy to reduce Achilles tendon strains, tendonitis, and bursitis. Unlike uncomfortable, rigid braces, these forms are anatomically shaped to accommodate the contours of the left and right ankle and can be worn under clothing.
