Just roll out your pizza dough (recipe included) and cut into shape using the notched dough cutter. Moisten the edges with water or egg wash, fold the dough in half and then run the crimper along the outer edge to seal the cone. Allow your dough to rest for a few minutes then slip it over the molds and bake 6-7 minutes until crisp. After your cones have cooled, place them into one of the two spiral stands, fill with your favorite ingredients and put it back in the oven until your special “pie” is golden, bubbly and ready to devour!
