While the Chicago Sub is a low speed sub that can’t really injure people, it does contain small moving parts and is a potential choking hazard. Furthermore, it has spinning propellers that could potentially cause injury if a finger touched them while in operation. For these reasons, I would not recommend use of this toy by anyone under the age of 8 without adult supervision. When powering up your sub, always turn the transmitter on first!
