It is a plastic ring with a balloon in the middle. After you push the button a mechanism start to run and .. ticking. At a certain point the balloon will explode but you don’t know when. So, you can play a game and pass the balloon from player to player till balloon will explode. How holding the balloon when it explode lose the game. So pass it fast 😉
